JL Boston policy is that all members in Community Placements need to have an up-to-date CORI Form on file.

Prospective Members: In order to complete the Prospective Member Enrollment Process, please complete the CORI Form and mail back to the Junior League of Boston address above along with a copy of your Driver's License.
