The Junior League of Boston held its first-ever Holiday Market at our headquarters on Newbury Street & it was a huge success! The Holiday Market included local artisan vendors, light snacks, and festive drinks., as well as raffles which raised money for our community programs.
All ticket sales supported our Community and Training Programs, focused on the economic empowerment of women. Some of our programs include:
- Training for single-student mothers to disrupt the cycle of poverty for them and their children two generations at a time, in partnership with the Jeremiah Program
- Providing trained women mentors for girls with STEM, arts, and cooking skills programs.
- Increasing the number of Women of Color on Boston non-profit boards through a low-cost training certification program
Thank you to our featured Artisan Vendors:
