With nearly 300 Junior Leagues in four countries and over 150,000 members, the Association of Junior Leagues International provides an unparalleled platform for women’s leadership and service. Anne Dalton, the Chief Officer for Strategic Initiatives at AJLI, joins JL Boston for an evening of fun and leadership development. Anne will visit with us in small groups to share how the best practices in Membership, Community, and Governance are changing and improving as well as other strategic transformations happening in Junior Leagues around the globe.

The Board of Directors, Haley McCraven, Director of Strategic Management and Planning, the Strategic Management and Planning Council, and Sarah Calabrese, President 2008-2009 are guiding the review of AJLI’s suggested governance changes. Haley and Sarah will moderate a conversation on how to leverage the lessons learned from Anne to advance the mission of JL Boston with an eye toward elevating our leaders of the next generation.
