Kids in the Kitchen is a dynamic program that promotes physical wellness and healthy lifestyles among young girls. Developed in consultation with adolescent nutrition, education, and physical fitness experts, our curriculum is designed to inspire healthy habits and positive self-image.

Program Highlights:

  • Comprehensive Curriculum: Our evidence-based curriculum addresses key aspects of physical wellness, including nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being.
  • Non-Judgmental Environment: Our trained volunteers deliver the curriculum in a supportive and inclusive manner, fostering girls’ self-esteem and celebrating their diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Community Impact: Kids in the Kitchen is hosted at the Boston Renaissance Charter School (BRCS), providing access to quality health education for girls in our community.

Girls gain valuable knowledge and skills to make healthy choices and lead active lives by participating in Kids in the Kitchen. Our program promotes body positivity, self-confidence, and a sense of empowerment, setting girls on the path to lifelong wellness and success.
