JL Boston Arts is an enriching group-mentoring program specifically designed for fifth-grade girls. Through immersive experiences in various art disciplines, we aim to foster creativity, self-expression, teamwork, and confidence.

Program Highlights:

              • Experiential Learning: Participants engage in hands-on activities and receive exposure to various art forms, including performing arts, visual arts, culinary arts, and design.
              • Structured Curriculum: Developed internally by JL Boston volunteers, our evidence-based curriculum provides a comprehensive framework for exploration and skill development.
              • Positive Impact: Since its inception in 2000, JL Boston Arts has made a meaningful difference in the lives of countless young girls, empowering them to discover their talents and embrace their unique identities.
              • Community Engagement: Our program is held at the Boston Renaissance Charter School (BRCS), ensuring accessibility and outreach to diverse communities.

By participating in our program, girls gain valuable artistic skills and develop essential life skills such as teamwork, communication, and self-confidence. Through mentorship and creative expression, we aim to inspire a lifelong love of the arts and empower girls to reach their full potential.
