Would you like to grow as a civic leader in Boston and improve the community through effective action?
The Junior League of Boston is an all-women’s nonprofit organization, which focuses on the wellness of girls. We serve the Greater Boston community through direct community service projects, such as one-on-one mentoring, career counseling and educational programs related to health and the arts. We also train members to act effectively as community volunteers through an established volunteer leadership training curriculum. More than 950 dedicated volunteers currently belong to the Junior League of Boston, and we are always looking for more committed inclusive women.
“This first year as a provisional at the Junior League of Boston has been an extraordinary experience… . Every time I meet with the women of the Junior League I feel ambitious and determined to help with various volunteering opportunities and upcoming charity events. The Junior League has filled a part of my life that I didn’t know was missing.
