President Michelle Lentz speaks to a full house at a recent info session.

Are you looking for new ways to get involved in community service in the Greater Boston community? Want to be part of an organization of like-minded women? Why not consider joining the Junior League of Boston?

The Junior League of Boston is committed to promoting voluntarism, developing women’s potential, and improving communities with trained volunteers. Through networking, community service, fundraisers and social events, current and past members have developed the skills to advocate for change and further the potential of women across all sectors.

Please join us for our upcoming info session scheduled for May 13, 2019 at the Junior League of Boston Headquarters on Newbury Street. Our info sessions are a great way to learn more about the League and hear many great stories from current members. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about the history of the Junior League of Boston! Did you know we are the second oldest Junior League in the world, and we have been around for over 100 years?
  • Learn about the many wonderful placements and volunteer opportunities that make our league impactful. Are you passionate about empowering young girls through cooking and nutrition? Our Kids in the Kitchen program may be the placement for you. Learn more about our many placements!
  • Meet and greet with current Junior League of Boston members who share their stories of why they joined and what makes them excited to be members. Current new member Sandy Liang joined the League because she enjoys volunteering and meeting new people. She is proud to have met a consistent group of friends, learned life lessons, and being surrounded by a welcoming and supportive group of women.

What are you waiting for? Sign up for our next info session—we cannot wait to meet you!
